While Romansh has already been used in the press since the beginning of the 19th century, the Dolomite Ladins had to wait longer until they could read the first newspaperin their mother tongue. The Grisons nowadays have a daily Romansh newspaper, La Quotidiana, the Ladinia has a weekly edition, La Usc di Ladins. The daily edition of the newspaper in the Grisons is definitely possible on credit of the press agency Agentura da Novitads Rumantscha. 

There are regular publications like calendars, chronicles and other in Romansh as well as in Ladin. The offer of Romansh programmes on the radio and on TV (Radio e Televisiun Rumantscha) is of a greater variety than that of the Dolomite Ladins. In the middle of the 50s the TV channel RAI-Sender Bozen began with the broadcasting of Ladin programmes on the radio, only later TV programmes followed.
